Hello! I have 5 kids who are all sharing an account as we are taking a Spanish class with Jenny McInturff and it is not allowing us to watch as it says we are logged onto too many devices. Three of the kids were logged on at once so they all logged off and waited one hour but it is still giving that error message to my fourth kid trying to watch her videos. Help!
Hola Andie - I'm so sorry - I believe with simultaneous log ins, you'll need to only have three at a time. I would hope that you could stagger the kids watching the videos, or have them watch on one screen together? We'll often set up an ipad, cell phone, or computer on the table and have the children watch three deep. The video service will let you log in on an unending number of devices, but not all at one time. It's their fail safe. I'll see what is going on with vimeo and see how we can reset it.
I found this: https://spanishgeniuses.vhx.tv/help/articles/why-is-my-account-blocked
Hope that helps!
Hola Andie! Just checking in again to see if you were able to "confirm" the managed devices and get all the kids logged in and out in a way that works for your family. :-) In our house, we have ONE "school laptop" that always stays logged in on various subscriptions, so if something gets booted from another device, they all know they can use the "school laptop." I hope that helps! We just push it back on the table top a bit, and everyone can see and participate at once.
