Hello-

I am new here. I need to talk to someone live about the course I signed up for. How do I do this? Is there a phone number for support? Thank you for your help!

Also, are there courses for younger kids with video lessons?

Hola Liza! Welcome! We have two live sessions already planned each week where you can ask questions at the beginning and end. That info is always found here each month:
https://spanishgeniuses.vhx.tv/zoom-links-by-month

And for more than that, the BEST method is via my email: [email protected] A lot of the time, I go grab the FAQs and get the specific video that will help there, so that may help!

Here are all those:
https://spanishgeniuses.vhx.tv/introduction-and-demos

And then to answer your las question, YES! There are videos for as young as 5th graders and up - just click "show more" at the bottom, and you'll see there:
https://spanishgeniuses.vhx.tv/browse

You'll see
Spanish Geniuses High School Level 1
Spanish Geniuses High School Level 2
Story Time Spanish
Spanish Geniuses Juniors (Thematic Conversational Lessons) with lots of options
Spanish Geniuses High School Level 3
Brush up Your Spanish
Comic Strip Spanish
Lazy Spanish

If you mean for younger than 5th grade, no, I don't recommend video learning for that age for languages - I'd direct you to choose See it and Say it Flip Flop Spanish Here:
https://www.flipflopspanish.com/collections/elementary-middle-school/products/see-it-and-say-it-flip-flop-spanish-whole-family-spanish-sisi-level-1-3rd-ed

Hope that helps!
